We take dental impressions with our 3D-dental scanner for 100% accuracy. You can either schedule an appointment at our manufacture or we can meet at a place of you choosing – worldwide.

Above all, remain calm! Breathe calmly and evenly through your nose. Carefully move the impression tray back and forth with both hands, up and down and to the left and right. Gently wiggling the tray will slowly loosen it and you will be able to remove it from your teeth. Every dental impression can be removed safely!

No problem! You can get a dental impression from your dentist and send the tooth model to us. Alternatively, you can have your teeth scanned with a 3D scanner at our alphabite manufactory or at your dentist’s office. Please contact us and your dentist beforehand to arrange this!

This depends primarily on the shape of your special-effect teeth. We recommend you to take them out to eat as they might break. Otherwise, it’s up to you! Just make sure that you do not hurt yourself or others!

Once we get your dental impression, it takes up to 3-4 weeks for us to send you your finished special-effect teeth.

The reason we set this age is because the jaw changes its size and shape quite frequently (not visibly, but it does) until you are 18.
This means if you are younger and order your fx teeth, you might not be able to wear it for several years.

After every use please rinse your fx teeth with lukewarm water. You can find more care instructions in our blog article.

We use only the high-quality and hypoallergenic dental resins that we also use in our dental laboratory.

We have created a withdrawal form for you to cancel an order. Just fill it out and email, fax or mail it to us.

That depends on when you cancel:
You have 14 days after placing your order to cancel.
If you have already received the starter kit and then cancel, it works like this:
If you return the starter kit unopened and sealed, you will only have to pay the shipping fees.
If you return the starter kit back after you have opened it, we cannot reuse it because it would be a health violation. In this case, we would refund you the amount for the actual special-effect teeth. You will be charged only for the costs for the starter kit and the shipping fees.
If you have already returned your dental impression and we have already begun making your special-effect teeth, then unfortunately, we can no longer reimburse you, because the special-effect teeth are of course made individually for you.

Protecting our earth and nature is very important to us. Therefore, our packaging is 100% plastic free. For hygienic reasons, only the impression tray must be packed in recyclable plastic. The cans we use are tinplate. You can go ahead and repurpose the can for your own use. The stickers with our logo are vegan based.

In addition to the materials for packaging, we produce with 100% electricity from renewable energies.
